“Ramen for dinner on day 2” and only that slot changes. Nothing is regenerated from scratch. Drag a place to reorder it and the travel times are recalculated.

Things we are being careful about
Tokyo and Osaka are not the whole country
We do not limit candidates to the city centre. Fukuoka alone gives us 685 places to choose from, and Dazaifu — half an hour out by train — still fits inside a day.
You cannot find a place you cannot read
Names appear in your language, with the local script kept next to them. Type it into a map app, or match the characters on the sign once you are standing in front of it. Small places with no English name get a reading we add ourselves.
There is always one place you do not like
We change that one place, not the whole plan. And we say what changed and why — nothing gets quietly swapped behind your back.
What opens when
Trip planning. Free to use, and we only ask you to sign up when you save a plan. Starting with five cities in Japan.
Booking accommodation and tickets in the same place. We are still talking to suppliers, so we are not putting a date on it. Better to say “not yet” than to invent one.
